“The time to see a doctor is when your back pain is keeping you from doing your desired activities. That’s if it’s just pain. If you’re starting to have bowel or bladder incontinence for no apparent reason or if you’re having pain or weakness that goes into your arm or your leg,” said Dr. Moquin
